The Brief
Wendy approached me to design the cover of her new self published book. She had played around in Canva and understood she required a professional designer with a broad industry experience to help her attract her target audience.
Together we explored multiple layout, colour palettes and typography. With the design process and rationale explained, Wendy gained further understanding of the market she was hoping to attract. In the competitive landscape of KDP we approached this by analysing competitive publications to design a strong vibrant cover that reflected her mission.
This was such an enjoyable project, I very much enjoyed listening to Wendy’s experience and her vision for this book.
