Heriot-Watt’s staff portal provides key way finding to employment and operational information.
Working within the Portal Development Team to provide an interface that was clearer to navigate within the restrictions of the platform. This was a lengthy project, consulting regularly with senior stakeholders and working groups.
We also held further meetings with the platform supplier ‘Callabco’ to fully understand the scope and flexibility for UI design opportunities.
